Location
The Delaney Park Strip is an 11-block park in the municipality of Anchorage, running along 9th and 10th Avenues. It provides an open area for recreation and community events in an urban setting. The Strip is also historically important, as it was originally Anchorage's airfield and represented the edge of the city. Today it represents the southern boundary of downtown. FREEZE will take place in the two blocks between E and I Streets.
